About

Homes with More

New Level Homes builds homes with more style, sophistication, and character. Our designs communicate success, stability, comfort, and pride of ownership.

Confident, not trendy

New Level Homes architecture is confident, warm, and approachable. We do not chase the style of the moment. Trends date a home quickly. Our quality and value appeal to buyers with long-term ownership intention.

Our goal is to build homes that feel timeless, with a sense of permanence and stability.

What makes a New Level home

A strong first impression

Every elevation emphasizes curb appeal. Our homes are designed to be memorable and announce their premium value.

Architectural depth

We craft layered rooflines, recessed wall planes, and subtle shadow lines to create visually interesting elevations. We avoid the flat facades and monolithic elevations that are telltale signs of ordinary production building.

An entry that means something

The front entry always makes a statement. Covered alcoves, arches, brick accents, and distinctive lighting specially welcome family and friends.

Abundant and efficient space

We design homes that feel spacious and open with ten-foot ceilings that add dramatic volume, efficient layouts that maximize usable space. Every square foot is thoughtfully planned to enhance livability.

Plentiful light

Sun-filled spaces are warm and inviting, so we do not skimp on windows. Our elevations creatively arrange windows to create curb appeal and brightly lit rooms.

Fine finishes

We select flooring, faucets, lighting, cabinets, and tile with flair and quality to match our design and construction. We fill our homes with value-driven quality.

Materials chosen to last

New Level Homes chooses materials that are authentic, durable, and classic. We combine materials to create visual interest and distinction. Brick, exotic wood, and durable siding combine to create distinctive curb appeal that is easy to maintain and will look good for decades.

Where we build

Our homes are in the Olde Liberty Golf and Country Club community in Franklinton and Youngsville, North Carolina, north of Raleigh and just eight minutes from Wake Forest. See the available homes, each with its plan already chosen, or start from a homesite and pick the plan yourself. Either way, get in touch and we will walk you through what fits your new level of living — a quick move-in or a build of your own.
