Two figures mean the base plan and what it reaches with an option — see the options below. The square footage is heated living space, 2,980 sq ft as the plan stands and up to 3,522 sq ft with every option that adds heated area; the garage and porches add a further 492 sq ft of unheated area, which is never counted as living space.
