The Highland

The Highland brings brick together with long-lasting fiber cement siding or natural cedar for a street presence people remember. The decorative front door opens into a wide foyer that leads to a spacious family room and cook's kitchen with a separate scullery and abundant cabinet and counter space. A comfortable and bright office completes the first floor. Four bedrooms are upstairs with the loft, laundry, and extra closet storage. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a sumptuous shower. Make the Highland uniquely yours with options for a separate dining space, fifth bedroom and third full bathroom downstairs, a covered rear porch, and a third-car garage. New Level Homes offers additional customization choices, such as a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and 10-foot first floor ceilings.

Two figures mean the base plan and what it reaches with an option — see the options below. The square footage is heated living space, 2,822 sq ft as the plan stands and up to 2,961 sq ft with every option that adds heated area; the garage and porches add a further 532 sq ft of unheated area, which is never counted as living space.

The rear covered porch comes in two sizes, and which one applies is decided by the dining room rather than chosen separately: without the dining room the porch sits in the space the dining room would have taken, and with it the porch moves behind the kitchen and grows. Both can be chosen — only one porch is ever built.
